Breakfast had a good range of quality options, and the hotel was very convenient for the casino. Our room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were pleasant. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The lobby coffee was delicious, and I really liked having a large fridge and kitchenette. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t use them, but it was nice to have them. The place was super clean, and taking the shuttle between the casino and hotel was really convenient. Our first stay at Home2 Suites went well.

We’re from North Carolina and celebrated our 50th anniversary in Charles Town at your wonderful hotel. The whole team made us feel welcome and were helpful, with associates often checking whether they could make our stay better. Please recognize Daylin at the front desk. He was very friendly, smiled warmly, and treated us like family. We’d also like to thank Tracy, the breakfast associate. We ate breakfast there three mornings, and Ms Tracy worked hard each day to make sure all our requests were met. Both are valued members of your team. The best part of my stay was every interaction with the staff. From check-in to breakfast and even passing encounters, they were friendly and seemed to truly care how I was doing and how the visit was going. At lunch, the counter employee chatted with customers as they passed and gave anyone with a question their full attention. Great work by the staff and management. I stay in many hotels each year, and even Hilton properties can vary a lot in quality. This was by far the best hotel I’ve experienced. It was clean, the amenities were well maintained and available, and both the room and breakfast were great. The food was fresh and tasted good.
