THERESA earned this five-star review. She was phenomenal, incredibly professional, and gave me amazing customer service. She saw that WES & MARY were acting wild and stepped in to help. They were awful, wouldn't stop talking about drama instead of helping me, and one of them seemed drunk, maybe both. THERESA explained everything, answered all my questions, and was so helpful. She deserves a raise. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. THANK YOU THERESA, YOU ARE INCREDIBLE! 😁💜

The room was clean, spacious, and very nice, which matters a lot to my wife. It was quiet, and the beds were reasonably comfortable, though I never sleep well away from home. We had two queen beds at a very reasonable rate, plus the usual amenities: a mini fridge, microwave, and hairdryer. The standard-size shower had hot water and adequate pressure, and the bathroom fan worked well. We stopped in Evanston, WY, after a long Saturday for my wife. She'd gotten up at 3 am at home in Boise, ID, flown to Denver to buy a car, then driven it back. I asked AI for a good halfway place to stay the night, and Evanston came up. After researching local hotels during the drive, I picked the Holiday Inn Express based on the reviews. We arrived around 9:30 pm. Parking was free and plentiful. Weston was at the desk, friendly and attentive despite having worked hard, and kindly put us on the third floor away from I-80 without us asking. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We ate at The Lincoln Highway Tavern, which I'd recommend. Breakfast was complimentary and opened at 6:30 on Sunday, earlier than I'm used to, but helpful since we wanted to get back on the road quickly. The coffee was decent, the OJ yummy, and the scrambled eggs and biscuits were OK. The bacon was crispy but lukewarm. The sausage, like at many hotels, seemed steamed rather than grilled and was cold. The Hispanic woman working in the breakfast area was very nice, and the woman at the desk when we checked out was pleasant. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting our son and his wife in Ft. Collins. It's a gem.

The free breakfast was impressive and had a lot of options. Our room was roomy enough for all our luggage, the bed was quite comfortable, and the AC and heat worked great. The shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel. I'll definitely look for more of these places to stay in the future.

I stay here often for several days at a time, and breakfast keeps running out. The pancakes are gone by 8, and the cinnamon rolls disappear within an hour. I've been staying here for months and hoped they'd get better at estimating how much food to prepare or make more based on how full the hotel is. This morning, another guest asked for more pancake mix for the machine and was told there wasn't any, but there were pancakes the next morning, which makes me think another bag may have been available when she was turned down. It's a problem every time we stay. Breakfast is listed as 6-10, but by 8:30 or 9 there's no point going. Disappointing as a platinum diamond member. The rooms are clean and nice, and the stay itself is fine.
