Best Western Muncie

The pool was a nice bonus, warm and peaceful, and the staff made sure I was comfortable. They even let me check out late, which I really appreciated. The superintendent and his wife were especially friendly and accommodating. My only small complaint is that the linens could be softer. I was very happy with my stay at the Best Western Muncie.

I paid $187 for one night in the hotel’s whirlpool room, and the room was dirty and smelled like vomit. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and there were dirty socks from a previous guest in the dresser. When I went to report everything, I waited ten minutes while someone tried to find the desk clerk. Nobody offered any compensation. I’d asked to check out an hour late and was told that would cost another $30. I’ll never stay at another Best Western.

I really enjoyed my latest stay at the Best Western Muncie. The pool was warm, and the daytime manager and his wife were so welcoming that I felt comfortable right away. The staff were very accommodating, including when I needed a late checkout. The linens were a little scratchy, but that was a minor issue and didn’t spoil a positive stay. I’d recommend the place.

It’s been a long time since we had such an enjoyable stay. The team made an effort to help us feel at ease, and the hotel looked nice. Our room was spacious and spotless. I loved having the pool and a delicious breakfast each morning. I’m grateful for the experience.
