360 King

Bethany and Julia were sweet, friendly, and quick to answer questions or offer suggestions. They even arranged early check-in and late checkout before we asked. We were welcomed by them and two gentlemen, including the owner, who helped with our luggage. Our apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. They’d thoughtfully provided a white noise machine and earplugs, and the hairdryer even had a diffuser, a great and unusual detail for girls with curly hair. 360 king is well placed, with restaurants just down the street, the college within walking distance, and shops right on King. The neighborhood was still quiet, and free parking was the icing on the cake. We loved the stay from start to finish and will definitely return. I can’t recommend 360 king enough.

Bethany was as sweet as could be. When I arrived early, she held my bags and had them brought to my room at check-in while I worked at their sister property Hidden House, which has a full coffee bar and a delicious toast menu. She did the same with my bags at checkout before I headed to the airport. The concierge was always available by text for anything we might need, and it was such a lovely experience. Since they don’t come in to clean every day, the setup felt more like an Airbnb, which I prefer. I came to Charleston for work with my assistant and needed a home base. The two-bedroom suite was perfect, with a full kitchen we used less than the local restaurants and plenty of room for each of us. They quickly accommodated an unexpected extra night at the start of my reservation. The beds were comfortable, and the sound machines were a great touch that every hotel or Airbnb should have. Shops, restaurants, and bars were all nearby. It’s a college town, so there was some weekend noise outside, but it didn’t bother us. I’ll definitely be back!

Check-in was seamless, and the suite was spotless, tastefully decorated, private, and secure. We really loved this little gem. You’re steps from King Street, and it’s easy to drive to other parts of Charleston if you want. There’s even a little dive bar nearby that we enjoyed. The one thing to keep in mind is that the buildings are older, so you can hear guests walking overhead. The owners know about it and leave earplugs beside the bed. It was a great stay!

The hotel’s design is gorgeous, with so much attention to detail, and the location made it easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and cute places for a drink. My sister and I loved our Charleston stay at 360 King. We heard The Hidden House, the hotel’s coffee and wine bar, would be opening soon, and we’re excited to come back and check it out. We got to see it when we checked in and met Bethany, who was so sweet. We can’t wait to return!
