The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely updated. Most shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, though the bars next door got VERY loud late at night and made it hard to fall asleep. Parking was expensive, and the shower pressure was much too strong. We also attended an owner review meeting that was meant to last an hour but ran for two. It ate into our vacation and turned into VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES, with repeated attempts to sell us more points and little acceptance of “no.” It made us uncomfortable and less inclined to return. The $150 gift card wasn’t worth it.

The apartment was the highlight: roomy, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a small fireplace. It felt high-quality throughout, and the place was surprisingly quiet despite being on King Street. It’s a wonderful Savannah location and made a great base for starting the New Year. The shower pressure was a little too strong, but I really had nothing else to criticize. Five stars.

We booked a suite because that was the only option available, and it had plenty of space, with a large kitchenette, table and chairs, and a sofa. It was clean and well appointed. The area is desirable, though parking can be a challenge. With a handicap sticker, you can park for free right across the street. At night, though, you still need to stay aware while walking, as there are needy folks on the streets.

Everything about the resort was great, including the location, except for checkout. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for the valet to bring my car. They opened at 7am, but I didn't get away until 810am, which made me late. That part sucked.

If you’re here to party, the spot works well: there’s a dance club next door and plenty of taverns and bars nearby. The rooms are nice and the decor is up to date. Most restaurants are high end, though, and finding a regular meal under $100++ for two means leaving central Charleston. If that crowd is your thing, you’ll like it. I wouldn’t bring kids here.
