The staff we met were so nice, and we loved the breakfast in bed, evening snacks and drinks, and complimentary Charleston treats left in the room. Our room at the Jasmine House was huge and beautifully decorated, probably the nicest hotel or B&B room we’ve ever had. We adored staying here.

The rooms were really spacious, with lovely design, and the whole place had a great atmosphere in a central spot. Everyone was helpful and so hospitable. The grab-and-go breakfast, happy hour, and champagne with macaroons were thoughtful little extras. 10/10.

We could walk to lots of restaurants and shops, and the place was still quiet. The thoughtful touches ran from check-in right through check-out, and the customer service was amazing. Evening wine and cheese, sparkling wine and dessert at night, and breakfast delivered in the morning were unexpected treats. This is where I’ll stay on future Charleston trips.

Nikki made the stay feel like home. She warmly showed us the room and helped us feel good about booking it for our one night in Charleston, and we have no regrets. Robert’s food tips were spot on too. We came on a whim for a break from work and caregiving, and this place went beyond what we expected. It was a splurge for us, but we’re glad we did it. Reception, nightcap service, and breakfast were exceptional, and the staff were 5 STAR. For Catholics visiting Charleston, The Jasmine House is just a 3 minute walk from a Catholic Church, which was very convenient. We’ll be back. Thanks so much!

The room was large and beautifully detailed, and we were close to everything. Blown away by our stay at the Jasmine House. Easily the best value in Charleston.
