Florence made the stay feel special. At breakfast she checked on each guest, said good morning, and was genuinely sweet. Later, as we headed to my husband's testing center, she and another front desk team member waved and wished him luck. A friendly hello and a little conversation made this feel different from other hotels. The staff were welcoming and kind, the rooms clean, and the location handy for his testing center. Breakfast and dinner are complimentary, with plenty of good options, and dinner comes with 2 complimentary drinks, a lovely surprise. There's also a separate Kitchen/Bar area where you pay for food and drinks. The drinks were great, and the bartender was very sweet. We loved our stay at Drury Inn and Suites and will stay at Drury Inn on future trips to Charlotte.

Every employee went above and beyond, and it seemed to come naturally to them. The food and service blew us away: there's a FREE buffet-style breakfast and dinner, both included even without an all-inclusive setup. The mix of guests shows how popular this place is. We'll be back! Simpson Family

We booked even without finding the sofa suite we wanted, because Raquel greeted my family so warmly and let us see the pool first. Jason spent a while on hold trying to reach another location to find a suite with a sofa, and Jannel at the front desk was lovely too. The whole staff was kind. Novlette, who leads dining service, was especially helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We got complimentary popcorn, drinks, and buffet dinner, then a very good free breakfast the next morning. I especially liked the veggie eggs, waffles, potatoes, and buttermilk blueberry muffins. The pool was too cold for us to swim, so I wish it were heated. We'll definitely return.

My family and I have stayed at this Drury Inn many times while driving back and forth to Disney. The rooms are always clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff genuinely kind and caring. I also love the tasty kickback menu and adult drinks, plus the free breakfast.

The convenient location made it easy to get some shopping done nearby, and Gabby was a great help. There are several nice extras, including free breakfast and snacks and drinks during the 530pm kickback. When I come back, I'd love to book the same room and make use of the indoor pool next time.
