After a long drive, Stephanie made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Her customer service was some of the best I've ever received: she was attentive and helpful. The rooms were nice, and the gym was decent. A pretty good experience overall.

The room itself was quiet and had a refrigerator, dishwasher, and lots of desk space, which I appreciated. But it needed maintenance. The thermostat wouldn't turn on the heat, so I had to work out that I could use the settings on the unit itself. The bathroom sink was missing its drain cap, and paint was peeling from the ceiling. There was shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Breakfast was poor quality. On all but one day there were no bananas or muffins, and the sausage was dried out. A nice hotel in some ways, but it could be better.

There was plenty of food and shopping within a mile, and my daughter and her friends could go to glow night at the Skyzone Trampoline park basically next door. The indoor pool was another plus. We also got early check-in when we arrived for my daughter's 18th birthday weekend. The room had bugs. I called downstairs, and Melvin, the front desk agent, apologized even though he was helping another guest at the time. He came right up with Lysol and gloves and killed the bug. He was very sweet. We didn't get room service at all during the weekend. I was able to get extra towels, washcloths, and tissue by going downstairs, but I would've preferred room service.

For a pet-friendly hotel, this is the nicest one I've stayed at, and I'll keep it in mind when I travel. The room was spacious and had everything needed: refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, and coffee maker. The staff were incredible, and breakfast was excellent. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
