After the water in the bathtub turned brown, I packed up and left right away. The room we'd been moved to, 104 by the front desk, had seemed okay apart from two gray hairs on the bed, but the door bolts were pulling completely out of the wall, leaving the lock useless. We felt unsafe. Earlier, at 4:30 p.m., we'd been given a key to room 239 at the end of the upstairs hall. The hall was wet and being mopped, and the whole second floor smelled terrible. The room was dirty, with stained towels piled in front of the door, an unmade bed, and takeout left on the dresser. We had to go back downstairs, and nobody even apologized for sending us there. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't return.

The room had a musty smell throughout our trip, and it was dirty as soon as we walked in, with floors that hadn't been swept or vacuumed. The TV remote was greasy and didn't work. When I took it to the desk, the staff said, “oh no, someone spilt stuff all over it, it’s dirty,” even though it clearly was. The A/C was dusty, one headboard was barely attached to the wall, and the stained linens had other people's hair and burn holes despite this being a non-smoking facility. The bathroom vent didn't work, there was mold, and an ancient-looking bar of soap sat on the shower ledge. Our key failed on two of the three nights, and housekeeping left our full trash cans. There was sticky stuff along the hallway floor, and the breakfast area was a hotel room converted for that purpose. The advertised pictures look nothing like the grounds or facility.

The bed was comfortable enough, and the room itself was clean. The whole hotel smells like weed, so skip it if that bothers you. The neighborhood is sketchy, but it'll do in a pinch. My one-night stay was all right.

I went to renew a room for three nights at about 9:35 a.m. EST on 02/09/26 with Nancy, for $210. I handed her my card, which the camera above her should have caught. She told me it had been declined, so I checked my bank and saw two drafts even though I'd checked my balance before going to the counter. She said she hadn't done that and that it was pending, then said she couldn't see the transaction in her system. I don't know what she ran it for, but I had to contact my bank about fraud. Now I'm out $160 and had to order a new card. I don't know what kind of scam this is, but it feels purely fraudulent. Nancy didn't care or apologize. I hope someone she loves gets treated the same way so she might understand.
