The rooms were clean, everything was good, and all the workers were great!

It's newly renovated and very clean. A solid stay and the best value I've seen in a while!

I needed to check in early, and the manager and receptionist were happy to make it work. I really appreciated that. The staff were welcoming, the process went smoothly, and the service was excellent. I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast was a letdown. Don't expect the hot eggs and bacon you might get at other Hiltons. It was limited, self-serve food like cereal, bread, and unpeeled hard-boiled eggs. The yogurt machine wasn't working because they had sent the wrong kind of bag. An employee offered to get yogurt from the bag manually, which I appreciated, but I wasn't comfortable with that and declined. The juice machine was down too, though hopefully that's been fixed. To their credit, staff offered a complimentary drink from the marketplace fridge. Still, a lot was broken or unavailable on opening day, and at full price I didn't think it was worth the money. I understand that opening brings kinks to work out, but they shouldn't charge full price when they're not ready to meet guest expectations. Good luck calling with questions or concerns, because the phone number on Hilton's website and Google was still not working more than two weeks after opening day, as of this review on 4/13/26. I stayed on the hotel's very first night, and I want to be clear that the staff were friendly, accommodating, and upfront about the problems they were still sorting out. There wasn't much else I could praise. They had no sleeves for writing down your room number at check-in, so I had to remember it. Not a huge deal, especially on opening day. This was a recent renovation of an old La Quinta, but it felt like lipstick on a pig. Much of the building was still under renovation, and the finished parts looked rushed and patched together. The place still felt run down and sketchy. The elevator was VERY rickety and seemed close to breaking. Its buttons were makeshift boxes next to the actual controls, and only worked sometimes. I'm not sure how often it should be inspected, but it hadn't been since last year, which I presume was before the ownership change and renovations. I'd expect an elevator to be safe and working before opening. The room had been updated in many ways, but the bathroom's low drop ceiling didn't seem waterproof, though maybe it's a type I don't know. Either way, it seemed likely to grow mold or mildew above it. The room door was hard to open and close, so make sure it's actually shut or someone could walk right in.
