Fresh cookies, coffee, and tea are always available for free, and each guest gets a pastry plate made by the in-house pastry chef. Breakfast and parking are included, too. The Inn At Court Square feels peaceful, comfortable, and luxurious in an old-world way. Each room seems thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor downtown mall is just a block away. I’d pick this over Best Western on my next trip. It’s a stay you’ll remember.

Don’t miss breakfast. I expected coffee and a few pastries, but instead got a delicious three-course meal. The Inn and our room were beautiful, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Most places we wanted to go were walkable from this central location. Can’t wait to visit again.

We felt completely at home here, more like guests in a house than in a hotel. For Valentine’s Day, my wife and I stayed in a gorgeous suite with a sitting room and a second bedroom. The historic property is beautiful, the welcome was warm, and management and service were top notch. Breakfast deserves its own mention, it was incredible. The restaurants and bars around downtown Broadway, or whatever it’s called, are only about a two-minute walk away. We’ll definitely come back. I’d suggest calling before you book to discuss which room to choose, since they’re all different.

An amazing place to unwind after a long day. It’s close to Ting Pavillon, where we’re going for a concert tonight. We arrived to wine and delicious cookies, with a charcuterie board on its way. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the service so far has been outstanding.

A real hidden gem in Charlottesville, especially if you like antiques and restored colonial architecture. We had one of our nicest stays here, with comfortable accommodations, wonderful staff, and an amazing breakfast. The location was great, too. Highly recommend, and I hope to return.
