We enjoyed the stay this weekend. There was plenty to do within walking distance, and city shuttles run from a spot just a few blocks away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great food suggestions. The room was clean too. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was the only downside, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Jackson stood out for being so welcoming and helpful, and that kind of personal touch made the stay better. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and its downtown Chattanooga location was really convenient. We'd definitely come back.

We stopped here on the last leg of a road trip and expected the usual reliable, well maintained Holiday Inn. Instead, prices jumped by $70 in just 30 minutes because of an event, the restaurant served dirty dishes, and there was no breakfast. One water glass had what looked like hardened mayo stuck inside. We were also surprised by mandatory valet parking. They could have avoided some of this by updating the online information at least a day ahead, instead of waiting until the last minute. It was a terrible experience.

We were able to walk to the aquarium, movie theater, and nearby shops, and there were Tesla chargers available. We were also pleased to get a corner room. It was spotless, especially the bathroom, which was clean and well maintained. The staff clearly pay attention to cleaning details. The daily valet fee felt worth it for the convenience. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and we'd definitely return for weekend trips to Chattanooga.

Jackson was a great valet, quick with the service and full of good nearby burger suggestions. The room was close to everything we wanted to explore. It had a couple of stains, but they didn't really spoil the stay.
