The Edwin Hotel, Autograph Collection

The rooftop was lovely at night, with a clear view of the Lookouts baseball stadium, and the rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff were amazing, and the coffee shop barista was especially friendly and accommodating. The hotel lived up to its reviews. The big disappointment during our visit was the walking bridge being closed for major repairs. It wasn't the hotel's fault, and we were told repairs might take about a year, but it was still a bummer. We'd definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga.

When I needed to get back to the hospital quickly at 11:30 pm, a young man on the night shift was especially kind. My father was in nearby Erlanger, and I'd come to stay at The Edwin. The next day, after being up all night, I needed to sleep, and the staff sent a complimentary cheese tray and fruit platter to my room. Austin and Chandler from valet were exceptional, offering both great service and kind words and well wishes whenever I saw them. I can't say enough good things about this place and its staff. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel.

The room was comfortable and stylish, and the service was great. I was here on a solo business trip that turned into a vacation. The location puts Chattanooga's best close by, including great restaurants. The rooftop pool area is a nice, relaxing spot, especially if you can get a cabana. The pool is tiny, but clean.

The valet service was top-notch. Chandler, Carson, and Rubin were wonderful each time we pulled up, and Ozark, Taylor, Aldon, Emma, and the other front desk staff were helpful when we called to check the reservation. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the rooftop bar's river backdrop and had some of the best cheesecake I've had in a while. The location is hard to beat for travel. This is in my top five hotels over the years, and I'd highly recommend it for a Chattanooga visit.
