Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport

We couldn’t be happier with our stay during a family hockey tournament. Breakfast was included and incredible, and the spacious rooms were clean. The staff went above and beyond to welcome our team and help us enjoy ourselves. They exceeded all my expectations, and we’d definitely stay again.

I only got to spend one day here, which is my only complaint. The facility was fresh, incredibly clean, well maintained, and without flaws. The pool and spa were in great shape with plenty of towels, and the fitness center was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. The hospitality was outstanding. Josh checked me in and was warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic, everything you’d want from a Hilton employee. I hope someone at Hilton recognizes his customer service. The cleaning staff greeted me with smiles on my way to the room, and the women running breakfast were warm, personable, and engaging with me and the other guests. Everyone brought such positive energy and made the stay great. I’d absolutely recommend this property for a short or long stay. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and everything was delicious, especially the bagels, fresh cheese, and butter. There were eggs, sausage, hash browns, taco meat and fillings, tortillas, oatmeal, bread, pastries, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast staff kept things clean and well replenished. The room was clean, new, spacious, and comfortable, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and even a bathtub. Homewood doesn’t have its own airport shuttle, but they work with nearby hotels to arrange one quickly. The shuttle arrived promptly when I landed at midnight, and when I went to the airport, they quickly accommodated my request to go to the rental car center. I’m grateful to the male driver at Garden Inn. The downside was that the hair conditioner bottle was empty and hadn’t been refilled, and the system was down so I couldn’t get a key card. I’d recommend this hotel.

The booking call was handled with fabulous assistance, and the front desk was great too. Our two-bedroom suite was very clean and well equipped, and breakfast came with fabulous food and service. It was a great stay, and less expensive than the other options. We’d definitely return.
