La Quinta by Wyndham Chelsea Birmingham

I’ve decided this will be my regular hotel when I visit family in Alabama. The staff were so friendly, the entrance smelled lovely, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like silk. The coffee was delicious, too. I stayed one night in a quiet, exceptionally clean room, though I had two small complaints: my accessible room was the farthest from the elevator, which was difficult with my muscular disease, and the eggs and sausage were cold. Those issues won’t stop me from coming back.

Julia was helpful and professional in taking care of our needs and special accommodations. The hotel is brand new, with spacious, nicely decorated rooms. The shower was roomy and sparkling clean, and there was a refrigerator, microwave, and very comfortable bed. I’ll stay here again for next year’s family reunion.

When we arrived, Mrs Delphine greeted us. I told her my wife had just had a procedure, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. I 100% recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always been a great experience. The place is super clean and comfortable, near several good restaurants, and the staff are amazing. We’ll see y’all again soon.
