The walls were paper thin, so you could hear everything. My husband even heard someone snoring in another room in the middle of the night. People above us were stomping, screaming and walking around all night with their children, which made decent sleep impossible. Our window looked out at a trailer where someone sat on the porch staring at us, and we missed the river view and balcony we get at Quality Inn. The room also had a musty smell from the start, though luckily we had room freshener. I skipped the breakfast area after my husband warned me not to. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable. We'd usually stayed at Quality Inn during our roughly 30 years of visiting the area, but used points to stay here for two nights over the casino weekend. I wouldn't stay again.

The breakfast was good and the price reasonable. The place was well maintained, with respectful staff, plenty of parking and a convenient spot next to town. My room had been renovated, with new furniture and an excellent toilet. It was spotless.

The room was great, but the person who'll bring me back is Jackie. My daughter and I were there for a Gymnastics meet, and the weather was bad. Jackie in the office took care of us. It's hard to find good people like her. We had a great experience. Thank you, Jackie.

The staff were attentive and modest, and breakfast is served. It's a quiet spot very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance. We arrived late in the evening and found the room just perfect, better than home. The rooms are maintained perfectly, with comfortable, neutral decor. The bathroom has new fixtures, and the bed was comfortable.

Ms. Jackie and Ms. Aron at the front desk are so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The Econo Lodge in Cherokee is tucked away but right in the middle of everything, with the park, movie theatre and a few restaurants all within walking distance. A wonderful hotel. 👍👍👍😊
