WoodSpring Suites Cherry Hill

The kitchenette had a refrigerator, microwave, what looked like a working stove (I didn't use it), a dishwasher, and a few dishes, plates, and mugs. I liked making tea in the mugs, it made the room feel a little more like home. The room was clean and functional, and the thermostat was easy to use, so keeping the temperature comfortable was simple. I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in Cherry Hill and had a comfortable, solid stay overall. It's quiet, practical, and dependable, with a convenient location near main roads, shops, and food. Staff were straightforward and pleasant. It's simple and no-frills, but has what you need for a longer or budget-friendly visit. If you're looking for upscale amenities or daily housekeeping, it may not suit you. For a clean, affordable place with useful in-room features and good temperature control, it's a solid choice.

My husband and I have been staying here for a while with our Chihuahua. Woodspring is well run, clean, and efficient. The staff are friendly and know their jobs. The location is nice too, tucked into a little woodsy spot off the main highway. We'd definitely recommend it.

The associates were so pleasant and helpful. Cody, the property manager, Erica in housekeeping, and Anna, the Quest Attended, were especially friendly and helpful. Good customer service goes a long way, and they nailed it. I'll be coming back.

The smoke smell was so strong and unbearable that we ended our stay around 8 AM, even though we'd only planned one night, checking in around midnight. We had headaches and felt uncomfortable from it. When we checked out, we told the front desk attendant that neither of us smokes and said we were worried they'd blame us for a smell that could have come from a neighboring room or outside. At check-in, they gave us strict rules about the nonsmoking policy, which is common. Neither my partner nor I smoke, so we had no problem agreeing and signing. Then we entered the room and found the cigarette odor overwhelming, to the point it was difficult to breathe. While the issue was being addressed, a group of staff came into the building at 8 AM smelling strongly of marijuana. It seemed to us the smell could have come from the staff themselves. We paid a decent amount for one night and were disappointed. We won't return.
