The man knew our dog's breed before he ever handled my card, and agreed to charge $160 for two rooms for two nights. After the card was charged, I went to extend the stay by one night and a different woman at the desk said I owed a $300 pet deposit. I wouldn't accept that charge, and they called the police. I said I'd gladly stay until the officers came so we could discuss it. The cop laughed, agreed with what I said, and told me to enjoy my stay. LOL.

Venessa and her husband Ben have been amazing, especially during this winter storm when a lot of people are in need. Their customer service has been outstanding. They've gone above and beyond to make sure my three-year-old son and I are comfortable and have everything we need. They're friendly and family-oriented. Thank you both so much!

The place is a little bare bones, but it's great for the price and in an emergency. Maintenance responds right away, always within ten minutes, and the front desk woman was incredibly kind and helpful. During the storm, it was reassuring to see staff always on the property. It felt like they were going through it with us instead of taking our money and hiding. The Wi-Fi never went out. I'd recommend it for a quick stop, and if you're visiting, try the taco truck by the liquor store. Amazing tacos. I hope they fix the water pressure, though. I'm not sure if the storm caused it, so maybe ask beforehand.

I've stayed here a few times, including after the management changed. The new team is amazing, from replacing AC units to handling security. Whatever bad juju the place had in the past seems to be gone. The husband-and-wife team has a special place in our hearts.
