Belmont At Greenbrier Apartments

I've only been here a few days, but Belmont at Greenbrier has been exactly what I expected, which is great. April has communicated well and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. The apartment is spacious, and my cat is comfortable here too. I definitely recommend Belmont at Greenbrier. 👍🏿👍🏿

The dumpsters tend to overflow, and the clubhouse is very outdated compared with other apartment complexes. The appliances also feel somewhat dated for places in the same price range. People park over the lines, and management doesn't enforce its own towing rules. The gates have only worked for maybe two weeks since November 2024. With what they charge for the units, you'd think they could keep things up. I'd recommend living somewhere else if you have a choice.

Brandon Johnson called me within 15 minutes after I reported the problem. He asked the right questions and said he'd arrive within 30 minutes, and he did. Both tubs and the toilet were backed up on a Sunday, so I called the apartment maintenance line and left my information with the operator. Brandon checked both bathrooms and went outside to look things over. Then Scott, the maintenance manager, arrived and inspected them too. They worked together outside until the issue was resolved. Both men did a fabulous job, and I was very happy with the result. Thank you, Brandon and Scott!

Beth and the rest of the staff were so helpful while I was making a big move from another state. The community has been quiet and friendly so far, and maintenance has handled my requests in a timely way. I couldn't view the unit in person, so I relied on the walkthrough videos. It looks like what was advertised. Thanks for making this transition easy!
