The GM and staff on Old Greenbrier were welcoming, kind, and focused on helping us. They took excellent care of us. The rooms are very clean, and the stay is worth the price. Thank you for looking after us.
Having a safe, dependable place for my daughter and me while we transition has meant so much. The manager has been a lifesaver, and I'll always remember her kindness. She's smiled every time since the day we met. All the staff have been warm and welcoming, too. Because of them, I could live here long term without a problem. It feels like a community instead of a hotel. I'm grateful and would highly recommend staying here. Good people are hard to find. Thank you to the general manager and everyone at the Greenbrier Intown Suites. You guys are the best ❤️
I'm going to keep coming to the old Greenbrier location, and I'd tell others about it too. The room was nicely clean, and service was great from the front desk through maintenance. The location also works well for getting to and from work.
The guests above me were banging around so badly during my first two nights that the walls shook and I couldn't sleep. I asked to change rooms, but they couldn't provide one. The A/C was loud and kept switching off and on, and the bathroom sink kept flooding. I got two thin, hard towels and was told I couldn't have any more unless I paid to wash them myself, even though towels should be included. I reserved a premium room two days before check-in, but they gave me an upgraded room at first, so I had to go back and explain that I'd booked premium. After they finally moved me to the premium room later that night, there really wasn't a difference. The room still sucked and looked nothing like the photos. Its layout was bad: the TV was left of the bed, the fridge stood in front, and the built-in “kitchen,” just a sink and two stovetops, was beside the bathroom. The lighting was so dim it felt like someone had died. The TV wasn't smart and had only some okay channels. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid it if possible.
I've been here over a year and haven't had any issues. When something needs fixing, it's handled right away. My room is comfortable, with nice furniture, Wi-Fi, and no bugs. My stay has been relaxing, the rates are decent, and Alexis, Davis, and Steve have all been part of making it comfortable. I'll come back and keep referring people here.
