The prices are very reasonable, the rooms are genuinely clean, and the whole staff goes out of their way to help guests feel welcome and comfortable. I'd recommend esa for a night or two or a longer visit. Don't hesitate to stay.

Cathie and Danelle were working hard, and I had no maintenance problems. The staff are very friendly, and I found the hotel nice. It stayed fairly clean Monday through Friday during my full week there. On weekends, though, it felt neglected: the trash rooms overflowed so much I could barely get rid of my rubbish, and the outside looked really bad. I also saw people smoking by no-smoking signs, and can't understand how that's going unnoticed. The hotel needs to make serious changes.

If you arrive late, don't count on finding anyone at the front desk. There was also no help when a guest had a problem with his room key. No one came to the front-desk window, and the dirty phone provided to call staff went unanswered. Corporate called the hotel staff, who said they'd be back in five minutes, but no one showed even after 20 minutes. I left and got a room next door where there was an actual front desk.

This was only suitable for the bare minimum. We had no toilet paper, towels, or utensils for cooking on the stove. People kept knocking on our door looking for another room, and I could hear conversations in the hallway and outside our window. Both beds were rock hard and uncomfortable; for two double beds they gave us just one very flat pillow. The sinks drained poorly, and the hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, which set off my son's asthma. People who need a temporary place to get by may find it adequate, but we had a terrible stay and won't use Extended Stay again.
