I booked one night to see for myself after reading the great reviews, and I’m glad I did. The property is gorgeous in person, even better than the pictures, and I’ve already extended my stay. The staff are kind and attentive, and they can get you a discount if you need to extend.

The service was terrible. There’s poor communication in the office, and they called me at midnight. If you book online and need another night, you can’t just add it. You have to check out at 11 and check back in at 3 p.m., so they make you take all your belongings with you for four hours.

The hotel’s location made it easy to get to shops and other amenities, and the staff were attentive and genuinely cared about guests. I had a wonderful three-night stay in a room that was well maintained and comfortable throughout. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, convenient stay.

I was there for almost a week. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the front desk representative was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, the housekeepers were friendly, and although renovations were underway, I hardly heard any noise. Cleaning could use more attention: I had to wipe out the refrigerator and microwave, there was dust beside the fridge, and some blankets had tears. I’d recommend the place and stay again.
