I've stayed at Marriott 595 times, and this was probably my worst experience with front desk service, both checking in and checking out. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable, but the air conditioning is an old style unit with low or high fan settings, and it ran loudly all night. Across the street, a bar had live rock and metal music, so inside the room it felt like being at a Metallica concert.

A dump truck woke me at 6 in the morning. The AC unit also vibrated, squeaked, and banged loudly, and the TV remote was broken. When I got to the room at 6 pm, it was still being cleaned, so I had to switch rooms.

My second-floor room was quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and professional, and the recently renovated place is in great shape.

I had trouble with the traffic noise. The hotel was older, though clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We stopped for the night and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and hallways were clean, though a little dated. It's handy to I-95. Only one elevator was working, so if you're in a rush, you may want a lower floor where you can use the stairs.
