I’ve been here a few weeks with my husband, and we’re both really happy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the price feels affordable for how convenient it is. You can walk to pretty much everything. When something needs attention, maintenance responds quickly and efficiently, and they’re friendly and knowledgeable. Desmond at the front desk is a real delight, always smiling, asking how your day is, and ready to answer questions or help. I’d highly recommend InnTown suites in Chester Va. for work or a longer stay. It’s a family and pet friendly place.
The stay was enjoyable, and for the price and location it was a good choice. Housekeeping and maintenance were respectful, the place was clean, and people here were sweet and considerate. Desmond and Shalamesha provided amazing service. Shalamesha was especially respectful and helped whenever I had a question or needed something. The walls aren’t especially thin, though you can hear a little hallway noise. If you need help, talk to GM Desmond. He’s willing to make your stay a good one.
Shameesha was awesome, and I’m sorry if I’ve spelled your name wrong, Meesha. I booked a double room for a week so my father and I would have somewhere to stay during the incoming winter storm. The room was comfortable and clean, and so were the building and grounds. Everything was convenient, and I’d stay again if I needed to. Thanks for being here.
I was here for five weeks, and the staff made it feel like a home away from home. Shalmessha at the front desk was welcoming and kind, always patient and cheerful when I had a question or needed help. Desmond, the front desk manager, was attentive and professional, and made sure things were taken care of. You can tell he cares about guests and runs the place well. Service stayed strong throughout my long visit, largely thanks to the two of them. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and helpful service.
I’ve been here almost a year, and it’s hard to imagine choosing a better place. There’s a beautiful lake beside the hotel, and I love walking there and feeding the geese. A movie theater is right next door, and groceries, convenience stores, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and all kinds of restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and more spacious than other hotels nearby. The cleaning and maintenance teams stay on top of things, and Kenny is the absolute best. It feels like being part of a big family. Desmond, the manager, is fantastic. I’ve worked in property management for almost 20 years, and he’s among the top two managers I’ve worked with or come across. If you need a place to stay, save yourself the search and book here. You’ll be as happy as I am.
