I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. On arrival, I was yelled at as if trying to rent a room was a huge inconvenience. The room was filthy: sewage was backing up from the toilet, there was urine on the seat, a dirty towel, roaches, dirt and trash on the floor, and stains on the wall. The linens were sandy, stained, and dirty, and there was no soap. Mike the attendant still argued that the room was clean. I then spent two hours trying to get a refund from OYO, and I’m still calling customer service numbers overseas that don’t always answer. Outside, people who seemed to live at the “hotel” were hanging around playing rap music, and one person was shaving their head. There were also 3 broken down Humvees in the parking lot. A terrible experience from start to finish.

The rooms were very clean and smelled really good, with fresh towels and washcloths there. Matt, the manager, was kind, helpful, and respectful. I’d recommend staying here to family and friends.

I’m grateful to have a place to live here after moving states away. I’m a long term resident, and Matt, the manager, is an amazing, very sweet man. He’s up 19 hrs a day making sure guests and new check-ins have what they need.

I’ve been staying at this motel for a while, and Matt, the manager, goes out of his way to help people. He stays up very late to make sure guests can relax and sleep comfortably. It’s reassuring to have someone like him on the property. I’d recommend this place for a comfy stay. Thanks again, Matt, for all you do.

As someone staying here long term, I’ve seen how often manager Matt is around, about 20 out of 24 hrs, making sure people are taken care of. He’s a kind gentleman, not lazy at all, and always puts customers first. I’d definitely recommend the place to others.
