It was convenient to go downstairs for breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, including the spacious bathroom and great shower. I also liked that the room had a small two burner stove top, a real refrigerator, and all the basic kitchen stuff, silverware, plates, pans, and pots, for minor food prep.

Angela made a lasting difference for my family during a very hard time. My husband needed emergency heart surgery, and complications meant we had to stay in St. Louis for several weeks. When I was emotionally and mentally exhausted, her kindness and reassuring presence helped us feel steady. She checked in, made sure we had what we needed, and helped with our extended stay and comfort. It felt like she truly cared about us as people. The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Chesterfield was clean, peaceful, and welcoming, but Angela is what made it stand out. Her compassion and patience turned what could have been a cold, transactional stay into something meaningful. We’ll never forget the light she brought to such a heavy season for our family. Joanne S., the Front Desk Manager, is what made my recent stay at the Marriott in Chesterfield memorable. One quiet moment in the lobby, I wanted a fresh coffee and noticed no one was at the starbucks coffee bar. Joanne took charge and made one for me herself. She runs the front desk with warmth and efficiency, and you can tell she takes pride in the job. That small gesture, plus a friendly conversation, reminded me what hospitality can feel like and turned an ordinary business trip into a lovely stay. She’s a credit to Marriott, and I hope other guests get the chance to meet her.

This is my go to hotel in Chesterfield, even with plenty of competition around. The front desk manager and staff are super friendly, and they do a great job recognizing status. They’re also generous with the 'bonus point' spin wheel. It’s a well managed hotel.

We’ve stayed here at least 4 times on trips to St Louis, and keep coming back because we enjoy it. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and highways right there. It’s clean and a pleasant place to stay.
