The complimentary guest laundry came in handy, and while our clothes were washing we got a decent workout in at the fitness center. My husband and I also had a comfortable, quiet room where we could recover after a long day of driving. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub, which was nice for personal preference. We enjoyed staying here and hope to come back when we're in the area again.

The room had a nice kitchenette and a full-size fridge, plus laundry and a gym. It was roomy, with comfy beds and plenty of pillows, and the front desk is usually friendly and helpful. Brandi was especially nice and had useful suggestions. One thing to watch for: they charge room and pet taxes every day, and neither the phone call nor check-in made that clear to me.

Brandy at the front desk really made the stay extra nice. We had a very clean room, and as people traveling with pets, we appreciated not being put in one of those gross rooms that sometimes happens. They really are pet friendly. We had a great stay.

There were six of us who came by to use the shower room after playing a show at a local venue. The front desk woman seemed more annoyed than concerned that we were there, and I waited around five minutes before she even noticed me. She was watching a show on her phone, and serving us seemed to interrupt it. She wouldn't give us extra towels for our group because she assumed we'd steal them. I've never seen customer service this bad. She shouldn't be in that kind of job anymore.

The staff were super friendly, and the room was nice. Nearby trains made some noise, but they stopped around midnight. There's a Home Depot and a few other hotel chains close by, plus a simple diner behind the hotel that you can walk to by a gas station. The diner staff were really friendly too. I'd like to come back and stay nearer downtown, which looked like a cool, historic area to walk around.
