Haley made sure we found our room and helped us get settled after a smooth check-in. There was lots of room to move around, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and will come back.

It's been an amazing place to stay ever since my first trip to Wyoming, and it's one of my favorite stops. The hotel is peaceful and quiet after a long drive, and the staff are reliably friendly and helpful from check-in onward. It made my first impression of Wyoming a great one. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, friendly, dependable stay in Cheyenne.

They charged me for all 8 days when I arrived. On day 4, they said there'd been a glitch and demanded I pay for the full stay again or lose access to the room and my belongings, even though I showed proof the payment had reached my bank. They told me to dispute it with the bank later. The assistant manager and manager were incompetent and unprofessional, and corporate customer service was appalling. They also only service rooms once a week and charge another $10 for a light cleaning that doesn't include changing bedding. My husband was told cleaning was extra, and his room hadn't been cleaned at all in 8 days, despite being told it would happen weekly. When I checked in late, the front desk staff were having a pizza party with guests and ignored me. Feed the employees if you want, but have someone available to help guests. Christina found time to reply, but couldn't tell the truth. This place needs to learn how to run a hotel, treat guests, and manage staff. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I paid for three nights here for a young mother and her two babies who'd been displaced by a fire. I completed a credit card authorization and set a daily limit, but they charged more than that. I was also told I was speaking with the manager when I wasn't. Now they won't respond, so I'll be reporting the issue. Their business practices seem shady, and I would never stay here or recommend it.
