Laura Q did a wonderful job arranging breakfast for our students each morning during our weeklong stay. She made sure the group was looked after and ready for the day. Every staff member greeted us warmly and was willing to help, and their care and attention made a big difference. We were here with a school group, and the location worked well for getting to all the attractions on our itinerary. When we bring a bus to Chicago again, this will be our first choice. Highly recommended for school groups and anyone wanting a welcoming hotel in a convenient spot.

The housekeeping team really stood out. They were professional, incredibly nice, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. Their hard work shows, and I don’t often come across such a dedicated team. My room was very clean and well kept, which made me comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Jona at the front desk made a big impression on us. She was welcoming, personable, and professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. The whole staff was wonderful, too. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

My room was spotless every day, and housekeeping made the stay so much more relaxing. The cleaners were some of the kindest people I’ve met, always greeting me with a smile and checking that I was comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Around 9:30 p.m. on 2/20/26, a young woman at the front desk was handling check-in for a large group on her own. She stayed patient under the pressure and gave outstanding service. I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years, and it’s refreshing to see such a high standard of care. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, possibly Whitney. She deserves a raise.
