Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel

I was here for 11 days and would recommend the hotel without reservation if you’re in Chicago. My spacious, clean room had a really neat view of the river and river taxi. Everyone I dealt with, including the front desk, housekeeping, and the manager, was professional, polite, and courteous. Thanks to TJ and manager Jessica. I noticed and appreciated the kindness and hospitality. The conference rooms have great views, and the rooftop bar is lovely. I also enjoyed the food at Staytion Bar, where the service was good too. Try the sliders, they’re bangin’.

I loved how easy it was to walk from here to attractions, shops, and places to eat in downtown. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a spectacular view of the river and skyline. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, and made me feel valued. The restaurant and bar on site were great too, with delicious food and drinks. Every part of the stay, from comfort to service, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel for work or leisure.

The suite and location were what made me choose this hotel after doing a lot of research, and the room turned out perfect. The view was amazing and the bed was comfy. We had a small issue with a room service order, but Levi the manager called the next day and handled it so well. The customer service felt top notch and very professional. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come to Chicago.

From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly. I was in Chicago for an end-of-year vacation and celebration, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. They went far beyond what I expected to make the visit special, in ways that felt personally meaningful. Their care was inspiring to me in my own hospitality journey. I’ll remember this stay for a long time. I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough, will tell others about it, and will stay here again when I’m back in Chicago.
