The night was rough for my family. The heat kept cutting out, and at about 2 a.m. the fire alarm woke everyone in the building. The room was only okay, and it didn’t look like the online photos. The bigger letdown came at breakfast. Before booking our Saturday night, I’d called to ask about the amenities, especially breakfast. A representative clearly promised hot food, including eggs, waffles, fruit, and drinks. At 8 a.m. the next morning, all we found were packaged muffins, apple juice, and coffee, with nothing hot. When I raised it with the front desk clerk, he brushed off the concern and said that was all they offered. I explained what I’d been told before booking, but he made no effort to sort it out and told me to speak to a manager who wouldn’t be available until Monday. We were visiting Chicago from Milwaukee for the weekend, so that didn’t help. There was no apology or attempt to make it right, and the service felt careless and unprofessional. For the money, this stay wasn’t worth it. With the inaccurate breakfast information, poor sleep, and lack of customer care, I wouldn’t recommend this location, especially to families expecting a comfortable, welcoming visit.

I liked being able to make tea every day during my stay. The front desk staff were kind, and they were quick to deal with room issues and attentive to what we asked for. Mohit helped me check in at the kiosk and was really nice.

I had a good stay. The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure could’ve been better. I liked that the curtains shut out all the light, but it would be nice to have sheets too, so you could let in natural light without worrying about someone seeing inside.
