The rooms were dirty and run-down. One had roaches, another had bed bugs, and the linens were torn and stained. The furniture was old and raggedy. I complained about the bed bugs, and she checked all three rooms. I also mentioned the roaches and the trash the housekeeper had left in the room. She just looked at the trash and walked out as if none of it mattered. The sign said rooms started at $39.99, but check-in it turned out to be $59.99. The front desk took so long to get us settled, and he seemed lost. We paid $70 per room for three rooms. They refunded one room because of the bed bugs, but the bad experience will stick with me. Coming back? No, never again.
