The views were amazing, and the room seemed cleaner than a typical hotel room, but the shower floor felt sticky and had some residue. Parking was also confusing: the first receptionist said the garage would open automatically, so the next day we waited outside for about 5-10 minutes. My husband went in to ask, and another receptionist told us we had to call a number each time we arrived. For the price, I expected better service and cleanliness. It was a decent stay, but I probably wouldn't return.

Parker made the stay for me. She helped us check in and made the whole experience wonderful. The hotel itself is great and has nice amenities, but I loved my visit because of her.

The rooms are beautiful, but the staff experience overshadowed that completely. We'd already been in our room since 2:00 PM when another guest was checked into it, which points to a serious communication and organization failure. A female staff member was handling the situation when Tyler (dreads), who said he wasn't on the clock, joined in without knowing the background and made things worse. It was also uncomfortable and unacceptable to hear talk of having Tyler check on a room full of younger women, followed by disrespectful comments toward one of them. The concierge team seemed uncoordinated, and several staff members came across as rude and unprofessional. The property needs better training, communication, and accountability. They should be lucky I can't post the video on here.

The woman at the desk the next morning was kind, professional, and understanding. She explained what options and amenities could have worked for our supervised birthday slumber party, and said the night staff member could have offered us a better room but chose not to. She gave us the General Manager's card, and we plan to contact them because we feel we were overcharged, profiled, and treated unfairly. The night before, around 6:00 PM on December 20, 2025, two men at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. We'd told the hotel in advance that nine girls under 12 would be having a small supervised slumber party, with their parents present. One staff member in a green shirt and black pants kept challenging us about the number of people in the room instead of helping. When we asked for support, he offered none. A group of about 20 people was allowed upstairs without issue, while drunk, loud people in the lobby and guests yelling in the hallways on our floor, apparently over room capacity, weren't questioned. The uneven enforcement felt obvious and unfair. We asked about another room and were quoted $800 for one night, which was outrageous. It was upsetting that nine little girls celebrating a birthday were treated as a problem while disruptive adults were ignored. The hotel's actions didn't match its claims about security. Poor service, inconsistent policy enforcement, and excessive charges made the stay frustrating, uncomfortable, and disappointing. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
