Thanks to Ozzie for being such a great host. I had a really nice two-night stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the place was quiet and close to downtown Chicago. I'd definitely recommend it.

Ozzie made the biggest difference for me. He was friendly, easygoing, and accommodating, and looked out for younger guests like me with our safety in mind. The fridge, laundry, and Wi-Fi were also great to have during my summer internship stay of just over two and a half months. The rooms aren't fancy, but for the area it was a great deal. It's a good option for a short or medium stay near the loop without spending a lot. I had a great experience and would choose it first if I return next summer. Thanks, Ozzie!

The location was perfect for me. I could walk to the work I had in town and to plenty of tourist spots on my days off. My first-floor room had nice windows, a large fridge, and good space for the price. The bathrooms were clean considering how many people share them, and the things I asked for were taken care of. I was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but my nearly two-week stay has been wonderful. Check-in is by code with no one there in person, though it was easy, and my questions and concerns were answered promptly by text. My one complaint is that there are four bathrooms but only two toilets, so some mornings I waited anxiously to use one. Otherwise, everything was lovely, and I hope to stay here whenever I'm in town. The price and location are hard to beat.

I was nervous booking through booking.com because the place seemed like it might not exist, shared an address with a few other places on Google Maps, and I was traveling alone. But it turned out to be a pleasant surprise, and I'd book again for a cheap room of my own without staying in a hostel. The setup is a little odd. I didn't see anyone at the front desk for about three days, and I think the bathrooms get cleaned every couple of days. I saw one clean bathroom, though who knows if the Leprechauns did it? There are several codes for the building, which actually made me feel safer since someone would need to know more than two electronic door codes to 'get me.' The rooms are interesting, too. My double room for one guest over St Patrick's Day weekend had a TV, queen bed, and surprisingly large fridge. It's downtown Chicago, close to the brown line train, and just far enough from the hustle and bustle to stay quiet. The bathroom condition depends on who else is staying there. Two bathrooms serve a floor of around 15 rooms, and some people are messier than others. That wasn't a problem for me at the time, but I can see it bothering someone else. For the price, it was very worth it.
