The neighborhood is quiet, stores are close by, and the apartment makes getting into the city convenient. The building is well maintained and secure, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live. Tom from maintenance is great, fixing minor problems super fast. Everyone in the office is responsive and takes care of issues. Thank you!
Management is professional and gets maintenance requests handled promptly, and the tenant services really set the building apart. It's clean, quiet, and impeccably maintained. I highly recommend living here if you're looking for a peaceful place that's well managed.
The common rooftop has amazing views, and the building feels safe and secure with buzz entry and lots of cameras. The finishes are above average for the price. I've lived at 943 N Crosby for almost a year, and it's one of the best rental experiences I've had in my decade of renting in Chicago. I've rented 11 apartments in the city and used to work in the multifamily business, so I can confidently say the owner and management team are doing things right. Management is incredibly responsive and reasonable, and truly cares about tenants. It's without a doubt the best management I've experienced.
The apartment building was very clean, and the people were friendly. Whenever I needed a hand while staying at 943 N Crosby, the tenant services team was there for me. Definitely recommend!
A great place to live, with a convenient location, indoor parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and an HVAC system. The neighbors are quiet, it's pet friendly, and the management company responds promptly.
