Quality Inn Chickasha

We left early because we were all sick, especially my daughter, and I'm seeking a refund through Expedia because that's how I booked. The hotel hasn't replied to them. My daughter's asthma flared up, and with the mold in the vents I'm worried about her breathing. The pool was closed, which was the reason I booked in the first place. The room smelled awful, the water smelled awful and was brown, and the air didn't work. There were dead bugs in a corner, the mini fridge was broken, and the microwave locked after cooking and had to be unplugged before we could get the food out. Nobody was at the desk when I went to ask about it at night. I'm not sure if breakfast made me sick or if it wasn't being kept at the right temperature, but I felt sick to my stomach. We had to leave so we wouldn't get sicker. Never again. I'll be asking Expedia for a refund, or there may be hospital bills.

The place could use some paint and looks a little sketchy, but don't let that put you off. We loved the breakfast, the shower pressure was amazing, and the pool area and scenery inside were lovely. We'll book again with family and friends.

The rooms were immaculate, and I was amazed by the little pool oasis tucked in the middle. Breakfast was real, hot food, and so good I woke my husband to tell him. The eggs were real, and the bacon was the best I've had in years, anywhere. Rafi, the owner, was a hoot and one of the kindest people I've met in a long time. He said he drives more than 40 miles each week to a meat shop for that bacon, which he hand cuts. You can tell he takes pride in the place. The way we were treated was above and beyond what I expected, even compared with a resort concierge. I was sad to leave and could easily have stayed a few more days. We might drive back through just to stop here again. Don't let the plain exterior fool you, this place has to be seen to be believed. Trust me, stay here, you won't regret it.

The place is well cared for, and everyone was friendly. The woman at the front desk was especially polite. I'll stay here again.
