We were happy with the reasonable price, convenient location, and plenty of parking. The hotel was quiet, and our basic room was clean. We booked a suite, which gave us a separate room with a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Check-in was quick.

The room smelled of smoke as soon as we entered, and the metal bed frame creaked whenever we moved. The bathroom was mediocre, and I didn't want to use the shower. Towels were thin, rough, and small. Check-in was slow, with no smile or welcome at the front desk, so the unfriendly service set the tone from the start. It was okay for one night, or a very short stay, but didn't meet basic expectations for comfort or service.

I've always stayed at this location because it used to be nice and clean, but the last two visits have really disappointed me. The workers are nice and friendly, but something seems off with the cleaning. The floor and restrooms were dirty, even though the beds were made neatly. I also didn't get my deposit back. On top of that, the door didn't shut properly and the security lock didn't work.

The location is hard to beat, close to the highways, restaurants, and shops, and it's quiet and clean. Staff are genuinely good people. What a great place for an affordable price.

The guy at the front office was nice, but my room wasn't cleaned at all between April 22nd and April 28th. They never changed my sheets, swept, or took out the trash while I was away, and nobody asked whether I needed more towels. I'd give the hotel a 5 out of 10, and I won't be back.
