Breakfast was good, and the check-in went incredibly smoothly. I was only there one night, so I didn’t have time to try the other facilities. The hotel was clean, well stocked, cozy, and warm. Had a fantastic stay and already can’t wait to come back.

We spent six nights here while visiting Valdez for a family celebration of life, and our stay made the trip possible and wonderful. The room was impeccably clean and very well appointed. Breakfast was served in the dining room every morning and the food was great. Thank you for your hospitality!

The pool was large and useful for groups, and our room was nice and clean. The gym was far smaller than I expected from the reviews. It can only fit two people at capacity, so I didn’t think it was worth using. Some staff were friendly enough, but others were unreasonably rude and vicious toward guests. The staff could use more training.

The room was spacious and clean, with good WiFi, plenty of TV channels, and heating and AC that worked as they should. The bathroom had a nice layout and a large counter, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with meats, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices, and more, plus fresh coffee and a good choice of creamers. Believe me, most places we stayed in Alaska didn’t have that. The breakfast area was large and clean. Almost perfect, 98 out of 100.

The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of coffee at any hour. Comfortable stay, and the breakfast was top notch. Best hotel food I’ve had.
