The room was in disarray, with signs of only minimal effort to make it look presentable. There was no desk chair, stains on the light fixtures, and bugs got in through a gap under the door. Hot water kept cutting in and out, and the sink was clogged from the first day. I asked the front desk to fix it as I was leaving, but it wasn't done. The room also wasn't cleaned after I requested service on day three, so I had no fresh towels. I asked for an accessible room and didn't get one, and an exit was blocked off without any directions to another way out. There was no breakfast despite it being mentioned. I was staying while working at my office in Cincinnati, but left two days early and won't be back. I'd seen some decent reviews and booked it, but I won't make that mistake again. Horrible.

Walter called me over the weekend with the good news that my belongings had been found after I accidentally left them in my room. He was the hero of the weekend. Walter and Lee had both patiently put up with my many calls while I tried to track everything down. Really friendly, awesome staff. Thank you so much!

Priceline had a price that can't be beat, and the hotel itself was clean and in a great location. The front desk staff could use customer service training, though. Their manner and vocabulary, along with some basic manners, need work.

It's cold in this place, and the buffet breakfast they advertised turned out to be coffee and muffins. The front desk clerk had her spouse and kids in the office. Rooms were thrown together halfway and were nasty. I wouldn't sit on the sofa, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in who knows how long. Worst experience I've ever had.

Ants were in the room, and the bathroom had hair all over the tub, with mold on the walls and in the toilet. Dust and dirt packed the bathroom vents and AC unit, so they didn't work as they should. The floors were coming apart and felt dangerous, the bathroom doorknob didn't work properly, and the entrance door had to be slammed to latch. There was such a big gap under the door that I could see outside. Fine if all you need is a bed to crash in, but I'll bet there's somewhere better nearby.
