Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati West

From the start, the staff were warm, professional, and ready to help with a smile. I felt like family. The whole hotel was peaceful, clean, and felt safe, a nice place to relax after a long day. My room was spacious and spotless, with comfortable soft bedding, fresh towels, and a great view. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the kitchen staff kept everything fresh and welcoming. Hampton Inn & Suites gave me an amazing stay from check-in to the end, with little touches that made a big difference. For business or family fun, this location goes above and beyond. It lives up to its name for comfort, class, and care.

The hotel smells wonderful, unlike other locations, and the staff are awesome. It was perfectly clean and had great breakfast choices. Shout out to the owners for putting a Hilton property here and hiring such a great team.

Sal overheard me comment about the fake plant-based protein they served one morning and turned it into a positive by making me a few pork sausage patties. The service was friendly and excellent. This was our second stay here in the last year, and we’ll be back. Our room was nice, bright, and super clean.

I’m here every month and this is the only hotel I choose in the area. It feels safe, it’s clean, and the staff are so friendly. Lakiesha and Courtney deserve a special thank-you for always making my visits a pleasure. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
