The breakfast is worth getting up for, it was that good. Check-in was easy, and everyone on staff was friendly. The room felt like an apartment, with real cups, plates, and bowls, plus a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The shower was nice with great pressure, and the queen bed was super comfortable. Even the pillows didn’t hurt my neck like they do at other places. I’d stay again, 10 out of 10!

The service here is unmatched, and the place is clean, spacious, convenient, and set up for an extended stay. Cheri was the kindest, most helpful housekeeper I’ve come across in my 38 years of hotel stays. Manager Brandy Hall is incredible, hands-on, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We were there the week after Christmas, and the rooms were huge and extra clean. The staff were always so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, and they even offer a sandwich of the day with instructions for putting it together. We’ll definitely book here again next time we come back to Cincinnati!

The electric window shade didn’t work, and the bed collapsed when my wife sat on it. It was the worst hotel night I’ve ever had, and I had to sleep on the hard floor. So why leave 5 stars? I complained to the hotel and bookings.com, and neither gave me a hard time. They issued a full refund without questions. Problems are part of staying in a hotel. What matters is how a place responds and looks after its guests.

I didn’t care for the staircase arrangement. You can go down on one side of the building, but access back up is restricted. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and there’s a decent-sized gym with lots of heavy things to pick up. The indoor pool and patio were nice too.
