Hotel Celare, Cincinnati Midtown, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We used Hotel Celare for our wedding room block, and got ready in one of the board rooms. I got married yesterday, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The staff and hotel were amazing, and everyone was nice and accommodating. Their email replies were friendly and timely too. I rarely write reviews, but I really enjoyed the stay. Thank you all so much!

Dinner at the Iris Cafe was the rough spot. We had a large party reservation, but service was spotty: we had to ask multiple times for food and drinks, one ordered item never came and had to be removed from the bill, and one person’s meal arrived after everyone else had finished. I’d recommend going somewhere else for dinner. The hotel itself was great, and the rooftop bar was amazing. The room was clean and well furnished, and it was actually a comfortable temperature when I arrived. The bathroom had a door, and the TV’s sleep button worked. Staff were all kind and helpful. Genuinely one of the better hotel stays I’ve had lately, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Johnnie and Sage at the front desk were phenomenal: welcoming, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make me comfortable. Their hospitality turned my terrible weekend into a phenomenal experience. I’d tried two other hotels before coming here and left both because they didn’t meet my standards. This place exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and professionalism from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere and service were excellent too. Whenever I come back home to visit, this will be the only place I stay. Highly recommend it for a clean, comfortable stay and excellent service. Ten out of five stars!

Aley Joy at the front desk was so helpful, especially with ideas for how to spend our free time nearby. Our group had a really nice stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and came out quickly, and we liked hanging out at the rooftop bar.
