SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown

We loved Keisha M at the front desk. She was professional, warm, kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond. The staff were amazing, and the hotel was wonderful for the price. We'd definitely stay again.

The bed was made every day and the linens were clean. Breakfast was adequate, though toward the low end for a Springhill Suites and far from great. Staff were friendly, with some especially so. The place was dirty and felt like one of the cheaper-built Springhill Suites I've stayed in, with fewer of the usual items. Maintenance was overdue in the room and gym. There was a broken light, the AC didn't work well, and the HVAC fan was loud.

The stay turned out well, and the room was clean with friendly staff. We had a small booking problem that wasn't the hotel's fault, but the staff helped as much as they could and got it sorted out. Keisha was amazing at check-in, and later she was working the hotel bar lounge. She made a drink I'd mentioned and improved it. There are plenty of food businesses nearby too.

The room was disgustingly dirty, with visible dirt on the floor. The sofa bed mattress had dirt, debris, and stains, so we chose not to use it. There were no linens for it, and the extra pillow had no case. When I called the desk, they told me to come get the items. At the desk, they said the linens were in the basement supply area and would bring them up. I called twice more, and they finally arrived 45 minutes later. Check-in itself took over 30 minutes because only one person was working at 8:30 on Friday evening. Very disappointing. I'll choose somewhere else next time.
