The Guest House

The hosts are unbelievably accommodating, and I love the people here. It's a clean little place that's great on a budget. The beds are old and there aren't many amenities, but you get what you need for a price that's hard to match. The train track is somewhat close, yes. I stayed two weeks and only heard it a few times in the evening. It wasn't so close that it made things uncomfortable or loud enough to wake me. Some people just wanted something to complain about, lol.

They leave you alone, but there's basically nothing extra in the room. No ice machine, phone, or shampoo. We had just one towel for four people over 12 days, and only one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. So you end up spending more on towels and other basics and don't really save money. Happy hoteling, though. If anyone finds a good deal with a good room, let me know.

You can't even rent a room here after 5 p.m. They seem to never be open and don't return calls. I don't know how they stay in business. That's pretty unprofessional for a hotel.

It's an okay spot for a good price. The bed wasn't great, and the property has an old cigarette smell.
