We needed to move ASAP and didn’t have time to look elsewhere, so we called to ask the cost for a week. The white guy was very rude on the phone, and still rude when we arrived. The room smelled, paint was chipping off the tub, and the door didn’t close all the way. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on a box spring, and squeaked a lot. There were holes in the wall and roaches. They said it would cost an extra $50 for two more people in the room. I’d never heard of that, especially since we had two beds. If you’re as stuck as we were, I guess you could stay, but the price isn’t worth it.

The only reason we stayed was the Indi 500 race. I found mouse droppings in the bedsheets, which grossed me out. Then I lifted the mattress and found food underneath, and saw a mouse run across the room. This was the worst place I’ve ever been.

There are decent people here, and when something comes up in an emergency, they give you a chance to make it right. The place has potential, but it would be better if the riffraff stopped hanging around the store so much. Thanks.

I left the room within minutes. It was filthy, smelled smoky, and the bathroom was beyond awful, with mold. Check-in took ten minutes because nobody was available to help. When I showed the desk clerk photos of the bathroom, all he said was, “Oh.” He said I’d get a refund, but that never happened. Hotels.com tried to get the property to refund me and was refused. A man I spoke to by phone was rude, hung up, and blocked my number. My credit card company eventually helped me. Do not stay here.
