Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa NE - Claremore by IHG

The employees went out of their way to make my wife and me feel welcome on our work trip. They were super friendly, and the rooms were really clean. It's in a good location too. I've stayed in much nicer hotels where I was treated poorly, so this was great. 10/10.

I booked at the last minute and was welcomed by amazing staff when I arrived. The next morning I realized I'd forgotten my toothbrush and hairbrush. The front desk helped me with what I needed, very sweetly and at no extra charge. They turned what could've been a bad start to the day into a great one. Great service, a clean room, and I appreciate the staff a lot. Thanks!

The first room had black mold and a squeaky A/C. Staff moved us to a better room, but there was fingernail polish on the carpet. There was no working elevator either. We'd booked a month ahead, yet were charged an extra $100 per night because of a festival. We come to this area about once a month and stay here, but we're cancelling future reservations. Friends have recommended a better place just 10 miles south.

This was the only hotel on our three-week holiday where we felt truly welcome as guests instead of just paying customers. The rooms were clean, the breakfast very good, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and committed. The front desk ladies working the evening of 08/20 and the woman at breakfast the next morning deserve appreciation and a raise.
