My son slept so well that he was talking about it when he woke up. The beds are very comfortable, and breakfast is reliably good with plenty of variety. We've stayed several times while he takes part in a local event, and we love coming here. It's very clean, and we've never had any problems.

Yuni makes every visit feel like coming home. Whenever I call, she welcomes me like family, and I don't feel as though I'm just spending a night in a hotel. It has a peaceful, family feel, a place where I can recharge. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, and this is one of the best. The location also works perfectly for my job when I come to Atlanta. The rooms are great too. I really recommend it. Thank you, Yuni.

The hotel is a bit dated and not a newer property, but it was very clean, and both the lobby and our room were well maintained. We chose to stay locally because my dad had surgery at Emory and this was convenient for us. Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Rashida at the front desk was especially great when she helped me Monday evening. We appreciate good service and got it throughout our stay. Thanks to the whole team.

Yuni at the front desk made me feel so welcome, and her care for guests really stood out. The most charming part was when she asked me to teach her to say "thank you" and "goodbye" in Chinese. I was already waiting for the elevator when I heard her sincerely practicing "goodbye" again and again. At check-in, she showed me where the water dispenser, ice machine, and ironing board were. Her restaurant suggestions were even more memorable: she marked her own favorites, walked with me all the way to the entrance, and spent about twenty minutes making sure I could find my way. That kind of warmth is rare. It's a really nice experience staying at Holiday Inn. I hardly ever write reviews, but Yuni made this one memorable. Her genuine care and dedication are special.
