I want to recognize Amanda, Jacqueline, and Stephanie for their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. They make a positive difference here, and the office team works hard to support residents and keep things running smoothly. I’ve seen residents and visitors disrespect office staff in the lobby, often over policies or procedures they’d already been told about or notices they hadn’t read. Treating the staff with respect, and reading community emails and notices, could prevent a lot of avoidable misunderstandings. The maintenance team also deserves credit. They’re efficient, responsive, thorough with repairs, and clean up after their work. Main Street Village has a strong team, and I appreciate what they do every day for the property and residents.

The parking situation has become a daily source of stress, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend this property for a household with two cars. We moved into a two-bedroom apartment just two days ago, and had we known how things worked, we wouldn’t have signed. We were told there was one assigned space and that a second car could use open parking in the garage, but those spots are already full by the time I get home from work around 8 PM. Residents end up parking by the leasing office or in EV-only spots with gas cars, and I’ve realized there simply aren’t enough spaces. For the past two nights, I had to park on the 6th floor among stored construction materials because nowhere else was available. The next morning, metal barriers blocked that area and I couldn’t get to my car to leave for work. We also weren’t told during leasing that a second assigned spot costs an extra monthly fee. The office said I could apply, but there’s a long waiting list and no estimate of when a space might open up. If we’d known the real situation, we would have chosen somewhere else without hesitation.

There’s a lot to do here, from two club rooms and two pools to a Zen garden, gym, yoga room, cycling, and even a gold simulator for $25/hr. The location, amenities, and price make this the best value in the OC for me. It feels nice and clean, and the staff are helpful.

We lived here for about two years with our family, and the amenities were well maintained. The maintenance team was reliable and fixed every issue within 1-2 days. Parking was convenient, with one space generally on the same floor as your unit; families with two or more cars have to park on the 5th floor. They accepted international applicants like us without US credit history, with an additional security deposit.
