Marriott Irvine Spectrum

The only thing that bothered me was the fairly expensive valet-only parking if you bring a car. The rooms are modern and spacious, the elevators are plentiful and fast, and it’s been a good stay whenever I’ve come to the area for work. I liked relaxing after work at the M Club and Hive and Honey rooftop bar, which had nice food and drink options. For disclosure, I’m an Ambassador Elite, so rooms are upgraded automatically. I didn’t pick the rooms shown in the video or photos.

Jen at the front desk was especially helpful, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Our room was spotless and the location was perfect. Everything beat our expectations. Amazing stay, and I’d come back.

We stayed at Marriott Irvine Spectrum for the Ohana Music Festival in Dana Point, about a quick 20-minute drive away. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and I loved the fresh, inviting scent in the lobby as soon as we walked in. The rooms were clean and spacious. On Saturday evening after the festival, we spent time at the Hive and Honey rooftop bar. The panoramic views were so pretty, and the drinks were top-notch. It had a fun atmosphere for a night out. A memorable visit, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t really to my taste, but I enjoyed the rest of my stay and would come back. My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. The Marriott Irvine Spectrum is right next to the Irvine Spectrum Mall, so shopping, dining, and entertainment were very convenient. It’s a good location for either a work trip or leisure. I appreciated the atmosphere and the attention to detail, and had a solid 5-star stay.
