The place was quiet and peaceful, and I slept well. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and really made an effort to help. It was also convenient to get to. I was impressed with my stay and would happily come back. I'd recommend it if you're after a comfortable, pleasant visit.

The bathroom looked like it hadn't been maintained in months, and there were stains all over the walls and floor. My sheets were dirty, and there wasn't a blanket until I asked management for one. The smoke detector also needed a new battery. That's an easy fix, but still a serious safety concern.

I’m currently homeless and can only afford to book a room every now and then. The price and location are good. I just wish they’d give me a chance when I don’t have all the payment. I’m trying to keep my pregnant girlfriend off the streets. I do day labor, so it’s hard to get back before the 11 a.m. checkout. Today I have to leave in the rain.

The toilet paper had a cockroach tucked into it when I woke up in the middle of the night to blow my nose. It ran off when I disturbed it, probably looking for a warmer place. We lasted less than four hours before we left. The bed was lumpy and slanted, smelled awful, and clanged loudly whenever I moved. The AC was set to 55 degrees, and there was only a sheet and a blanket so thin it made airline blankets seem fancy. When I tried the heater, cigarette dust and ash came out in a cloud and nearly made me retch. The filter looked like it hadn't seen daylight in years. From the minute we entered, the room felt like a smoky dystopian nightmare. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, and black mold on the ceiling above the crumbling shower. A spectacularly memorable dive, for all the wrong reasons.
